The amount of time wasted trying to scroll through hundreds of fields to add one field to the views criteria or column is a waste of time, and poor design in the Advanced fine setup. The ability to dropdown search when making criteria or add and remove columns to a view, needs to be fixed a lot.

Search dropdown fields, bulk remove, quickly add. creating a view or even a quick list to export real quick, shouldn't be such a hassle. Many of our users won't learn views, because of how unintuitive it is. The sad part is "Advanced Fine' is one of Dynamics 365 strong points, it just needs a revamp and fine tuning.
