Enable leave accrual calculation by days

Extend the functionality and allow leave accrual calculation by days, e.g. annual leave is accrued every fortnight. This is most common in Australia and a I'd say a must have.

Yes please - we are currently in the middle of a major leave remediation and unfortunately am having to post manual bulk adjustments periodically for M-F accruals which is not currently possible in D365, only M-Sun
