There is no existing field that allows a user to hide a payment method, for ones that are no longer active. They should not be deleted for audit purposes. So when choosing a payment method in a dropdown list, obsolete payment methods should not appear anywhere for the field. The field that controls the payment method "inactive", should not allow payment method to appear in lists
