It’s not possible to change the body for the alerts email. At the moment its content is hard coded in the code and extending the method that returns the body string is private so it cannot be extended either.
Some customers might want to customize it and enabling email templates for the alerts too could be an improvement.

The current email body is lacking in a few ways.
1) The image header makes the list preview in Outlook useless.
2) The content is too minimal.
a) I can't tell which D365 system (prod, test, UAT) the alert came from (without hovering over the link)
b) I can't tell which company the alert comes from (by either the CompanyId and/or Name)
Using a template with placeholders would be nice. It would also be nice to brand the alert with company data.
