Why this matters:

• The current ribbon takes up valuable vertical space, which can be limiting when working with long forms or multiple tabs.
• Users often request a cleaner, more focused workspace—especially in Customer Service scenarios where agents need to concentrate on case details.
• While the productivity pane can be collapsed in the Customer Service Workspace, the top ribbon remains static and unchangeable.
• Customization via Ribbon Workbench allows for button removal but does not address the need for a collapsible or compact UI.

Suggested Features:

• A toggle button to collapse/expand the ribbon.
• A compact mode that reduces the ribbon to icons or a hamburger menu.
