Office 365 Groups - entity list issue when configuring

The entity list presented when configuring Office 365 Groups in CRM has issues.
1. It doesn't show in alphabetical order (it sort of does but uses the metadata name which appears secondary to the friendly name) instead of the friendly name.
2. It also shows hidden intersect entities

Apologies, I incorrectly categorised this as MDM. I can't seem to change it to Office Integration.
