Enable SQL Timestamp in Table Extension

Please make it possible to create a field in Table Extension with the property:

SQLTimestamp = true;

Or add by default this field in each table :)

We use this for reporting to update only the latest changes in combination with PowerBI

Workaround: Although not very smooth, it is possible to access TimeStamp using FieldNo 0 and a RecRef/FieldRef.

We have relied heavily on this for change tracking in a few of our solutions. I cannot see why is is not there anymore. It was available for Extensions V1, and should not be a problem to continue supporting as long as the hidden field exists in the database anyway.
