Currently, Copilot for Sales is only available on a user's primary mailbox. Allowing users with Delegate Access to another team member's mailbox to use Copilot for Sales on their behalf would be a huge benefit. Many secretaries and administrative staff have Delegate Access to account manager's mailboxes in Outlook and they are not able to link important emails and meetings directly to Dynamics on the account managers behalf. This would be a huge value add to the product.
