We got an inquiry on Leave balance inquiry using Teams’ Human Resources app. Currently if you inquire about your leave balance from the chat bot, it will provide you with your current leave balance. For example, I have 20 days leave for the year and I’ve filed for the following leaves: - Approved and have taken 5 days leave as of today - Requested and been approved for another 5 days in a future date So my leave balance from the chat bot will show I have 15 days remaining but will not tell me that I have another 5 that’s been approved in future dates. If I just base it from the information I got from the bot (15 days available), I may end up thinking I can still request for 15 days of leave. I know that as an employee, I should know that I applied for another 5 days in future, but this is an issue that is being raised by the customer. I can go and check the “Time off” tab in teams if I want to see more details about my leave balance (see below screenshot). But it’s still show available hours as of today but does not show me the forecasted balance, which includes future-dated leaves I requested as well. Forecasted leave balance functionality is available in D365HR (Talent)
