The recovery options for the CRM Outlook client is not very good. For instance, if you remove the queue permission of a user's security role and then go offline, you cannot go back online. To recover the organization, you have to delete the organization and then reconfigure.

The better option would be to have the ability to override the offline state by going online. The experience should prompt a user that going online will cause any data created while offline will be lost. If you are curious about how to reproduce the issue, here is a simple example:

1. Create a CRM user the with Sales Person role
2. Open the Sales Person role and remove the read access for Queue
3. With the same user in step 1, configure a CRM Outlook client and go offline
4. Notice that the client will never become avaialble and you are not able to restore the state of the client to online. To recover the organization, you have to reconfigure.

Thank you for your feedback. This is seems like its a edgecase and because of a high bug bar we would unfortunately not be able to hand it in this release. We will definitely consider in our upcoming releases.
