Dynamics 365 App: Convert Email to Case

Please add the ability to convert an email into a case. You can currently create a new case using the app, but having the ability to track the email and auto populate fields from the email in a single click to create a case would be a logical step.

How can this still be open after more than a year and a half?! Why was it removed in the first place? It is currently a horrible experience and requires a minimum of 6 clicks to enter a new case and that is with NONE of the email details!!!
