Users see the Journeys list views' [Start Time] and [End Time] and immediately think there is a bug because it's not the time they selected the journey to start on. To compile this issue, they click on the journey, going into the record and see the [Start Time] and [End Time] and wonder if that's the times they intended.

This inconsistency makes people not want to send emails, and it makes people think their emails are being sent at the wrong time.
