Hello everyone !
We've noticed on different environments an important issue linked to the Event's portal: impossible to log in. Once the portal account has been created or even if it is just being created, a message error will be produced instead of logging in. If we click again on the home button of the portal, we see that the "sign-in" took place, yet, the error message is still there on our separate window. Impossible to consult the "Profile" page. I must also add that we work with French-speaking clients and so the portal set-up is also in French. This unusual behaviour was studied by Microsoft support teams and it was noticed that on our environment, in the solution, the Portal's default page responsible for the error is called "Formulaire web de profil". On their side, (support team), the issue has never been noticed as the portal's page is called "Profile web form". Once we've changed the name of the page in the solution in English, the error stopped.
It is very important to add that this behaviour is noticed on all our environments where Marketing is used, and where no changes to the portal or other customisations have been done in order to change the standard behaviour. Could you please check this issue and see if it can be repaired for the French users? Many, many thanks.
