Desired Feature: Add the ability to override a Maximum posting difference error when attempting to post a statement without having to go to the retail store master first. 

Today when a statement's difference is greater than the maximum posting difference threshold you get an error which prevents posting. This is good becuase it helps associates identify larger cash shortages/overages to investigate. 

The PROBLEM arises when the associate learns that the shortage/overage will need to be accepted and subsequently hit their cash discrepancies account. They have to follow a several step process to change the maximum posting difference on the retail store, save the change, post the statment, change the maximum posting difference back.
