Wish we future feature the option to include human capital accounting and scoring value evaluations for purpose to evaluate (no task related, no position related, tasks learned, task not learned, skill development, time task completion, time task not completion, follow up, innovation, control, performance, assistance, volunteer, fails, promotions, social behavior, delegations, decision making, team collaboration, team building, coaching, mentoring, etc...)

Not featuring evaluation accounting and/or marketing value and scoring points, user may not easily identify evolution profits, skill or points gains/losses, self evaluations, system evaluations, human resource evaluations, client evaluations, management evaluations, business therapist evaluations, etc..
