When utilizing the mobile device and performing an Adjustment In transaction, when the counting reason code is mandatory, the mobile device does not prompt for reason code, so if no default is specified, the transaction will produce an error at the end and force the user to find the reason code field and select a value.
If the cycle count reason code is mandatory, the mobile device should prompt the user for the reason code during the steps. It DOES work this way with Adjustment Out. It should work the same for Adjustment In

Hi Robert,I've had it working with prompt in Adjustment out, but now the user has to click into the information and choose reason code instead of it prompting, therefor it seems unstable.. do you recall your setup and should it solely be triggered by the allow edit counting reason code on the mobile device menu item?Best RegardLars
