We make notes on customer cards which are sometimes paragraphs long because they have to explain details. It's frustrating to look up and find everything I was typing is not recorded because I hit the character limit on that line. I have to be mindful to stop and look up after several words to see if i need to hit the down button to begin typing on the next line. It would be nice if either each line entry with date can be more like a note pad entry that wraps the text within the entry, if not, then maybe the cursor could automatically move down so we don't have to continually make our words fit and not have to stay focused on not hitting the line limit.
