Navigate  CRM >> service >> case >> new record.


save changes >> click on associated activity (Contribution  Activity) which is custom entity


Create a new activity named as Contribution request details.


add Due date to it.


Now save and assign it to other user.


As soon as its assigned workflow is executed 


This workflow send emails, in subject line Due Date value is shown and in body as well.


Go to Associate Activity entity ->   Change the view to All Associate view


We can see Columns Date Created and Subject   


However Due date is different.
