Unable to Change Sell-to / Bill-to / Ship-to as soon as planning lines exist. Job Task of posting type does not affect the changing of Sell-to/Bill-to unless planning line is created. Would like the ability to, at minimum, change the Bill-to in order to cost a project with estimates, and apply usage to a project to a certain %, before project is billed or sold.

Having these fields available in the Job per wave 2 release is worthless if unable to make these changes during the progression of a project.
