Ability to add Custom Fields to Addresses and appear on Data Entities

Currently there is no way to add a custom field to an address and then allow this field to be updated via DMF or the Excel Plugin. Fields can only be manipulated via the front end as they are associated with entities that cannot be exported via the DMF, e.g LogisticsPostalAddress. Entities that allow custom fields should also be available via the DMF.
