When attempting to use the inactive field for Project Allocation, nothing happens and searches do not change as expected.
Example:
Go to Cards>Project>Project Allocation and select an allocation ID or create a new one, then mark it as inactive
Go to Transactions>Project>Allocation and enter a trx for the one you marked as inactive and it still allows you to key a transaction for it when it is inactive.
