Some customers are asking about the possibility to start a call using Teams Mobile App and then switch to Remote Assist App on same mobile or on HoloLens.
This could be useful when the call start off-premises for example, and only when reaching the destination premises the Field Technician could switch to Remote Assist App in the same device or on HoloLens device. And vice versa.
