When viewing a lead or contact it would be very helpful if we could click a button to add them to a static segment. This is the case with the marketing list record so it would make sense to include this functionality for segments.

You may go to the Contacts/Leads (depending on the target audience of your segment) in RTM segment builder, individually search for First/Last name to include/exclude them in a segment. This has been release in Oct 2022.
