It would be great on your Email/Push/SMS template if you could pass values from your segment based journey (not a trigger based journey!) so that we can deal with personalisation data that is based on the journey flow.


For example:


Segment -> Attribute Split on Customer Tier --- Tier 1 -> Standard Offer Email Template -> passing variable value: $10 (Offer value)

--- Tier 2 -> Standard Offer Email Template -> passing variable $20 (Offer value)


Right now we are forced into having every permutation of copy for each segment based journey (painful when you have a lot of segement journies and offer values, A/B test copy and using all 3 channels). Or we are forced to swap it to a trigger based journey where we have to seperate the comms from the segmentation making it extremely difficult for marketing team to manage.


Even if passing variables is impossible - an alternative would be to let us get the trigger values from triggers executed prior to the comms being delivered.
