fter a Production order is created if we add a Phantom item when that item does not have a valid BOM, the system throws error while re-estimation. Ideally it should throw error while the line is being added.

Repro steps:
1.I create a Production order

2. After this if I add my add my Phantom item to my order and re-estimate

3. I get this error
Cannot estimate production for item number XXX. A valid BOM version cannot be found for the phantom BOM line item number XXX"

4. I cannot delete the Phantom line as the status has changed

Actual result: System throws error after Phantom item line has been added and re-estimation is completed
Expected result: System should throw error when the Phantom item is added to the Order before re-estimation is done
