We would like to be able to create a customer journey and use condition based on the marketing form submission value, for example :

When contacts answer the question "What's for favorite food? ", if :

  • Cake => Send email A
  • Fruits => Send email B
  • Coffee => Send email C


Now journeys can only use behavior as condition (form visited, etc)

Can you use custom triggers for each of the form submissions to trigger each type of journey?

The ability to create unique experience would significantly increase if this was possible in the journey designer.
