Goals page - need to filter Goals by Manager

Currently, the Goals can't be filtered by Manager. (only by employee) There are situations where employees enter their goals, after agreeing with the manager, then an HR manager is in charge to send out reminders when goals are not set or missing in his/ her team. For this scenario, the HRM should have the option to filter Goals by Manager.
