The Service Management module does not display order totals on quotes, orders, or invoice documents. This creates a gap in visibility and usability compared to other document types such as Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.

Proposed Functionality:

• Display calculated totals for:
• Total Excl. Tax
• Total Tax amount (VAT)
• Invoice discount amount
• Total Amount Incl. Tax (grand total)

• Update amounts dynamically as lines are added or modified

• Match the behavior and layout of totals seen in Sales Orders

• Include resource/labor cost and item/service revenue breakdowns

This would streamline service workflows, improve user efficiency, and support clearer customer communication. It would also reduce reliance on customizations, service invoices, or manual calculations.
