There is a "Scan Documents" tile on the home page, which creates an incoming document from camera. I would like to see the option to select the hardware connected to BC. Therefore, instead of incoming document from camera, it can take the image from a connected scanner.

Also, have a tile for "drop file". So if you have an image of a document you can drop it into that tile which adds it to incoming docs.
