Enable manager to view their leave calendar alongside that of their direct reports on Manager Absence Calendar

Currently, the manager can only view the leave calendar of his direct reports on Manager Absence Calendar. It would be great if the manager can also view his leave calendar alongside that of his direct reports. This would present a simplified view and enable manager make easy comparisons on leave days.

The ability for employees to view Managers leave would be good to include on this also
