Dynamics 365 Intercompany legal entity budget approval amendments increases and auto-decreases requests

Wish there is an option to easily process inter-company budget requests approvals and easily auto adjust budget approval grand total amounts (e.g. if requesting a budget increase to legal entity A, then Legal entity budget decreases for legal entity B).
