Exclude non-accessible tenants from the prompt to select environment at startup

If you have two or more tenants you will be prompted to select environment at startup. Here you are presentet with all environments available no matter if you have access or not due to the Security Group set on the given tenant/environment.


I would suggest to limit the list to those accessible. And if only one is accessible the prompt shouldn't be shown.
