New Viva Sales app is better but Dynamics Sales app in Outlook is wasting space. Working with data means that its neccessary to fit as much data to screen as possible. The way CRM app in Outlook behaves is not very good. Should be more contact and also creating accounts and contacts should be made more efficient (create contact from email).
