The bookings we have for our technicians often last several weeks. In our calendar view, often not the complete booking is shown as it lasts longer (or starts earlier) than the current view. If the booking needs to be moved to another time slot or other resource, we use the drag&drop function. But then only the bookings which are shown in the current calendar view are moved to the other resource an/or times span. The bookings which are not shown on the calendar remain on the existing resource and time. To find out, if the booking is longer, there is a dotted line at the end of the booking, but this the users do not really remark. As business is running fast, the process has to go fast. So I request, that all bookings which are connected to each other and give a continuous booking time span, should be moved with drag&drop, even if they are not visible on the current calendar view.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your feedback, re-activating the idea after syncing up with you, when a length of the booking is bigger than the date range displayed, a warning should be displayed to convey that the booking is larger than the time range displayed. Currently we do not have it in the roadmap, but more votes on the idea will help us triage and prioritize this ask.

Thanks,

Vinay Nalam,
