The present version, allow to plan a futur phone call but when do the system cput the the activity complet. We should be able to plan a call in the activites tab in a entity instead of plan a task to do a call. And this planned call should be synch in outlook task. Actualy we can plan a call by the activity entity only, it take more time to do then directly in the entity.
