Mainly in lists, but also in regular pages it would be very helpful to have conditional formatting possibilities through personalization.

With this users could be guided easily to the line items/fileds of relevance. Use Color and style on a column or on the whole line depending on the value in a specified column. Very much comparable to conditional formatting features available in excel.

Side-note: Infor M3 solution has this built in since ~2009
