We think it will be very appreciated if you consider the idea of implementing a way for our customers to know on which date exactly a SaaS update will be available for scheduling for a concrete customer in order for them to prepare the environment before the update take place. At this point, our customers think that this is a random process, so they cannot take the needed actions before the update becomes available.


CRM came up with the official docs which have similar scheduling road map:
