There is a difference on scroll bar style between platform update 3 and platform update 9. Streamline scroll bar is very modernize but some customers are not able to click because it's hard to see a little bit.

Therefore, I suggest to be able to change style, not only color but also scroll bar or input field.

It is more pleasing if we can change style seat.
