Custom form fields in Real Time Marketing Event forms

Allow to create custom form fields for a real time marketing event and use those custom form fields on the real time marketing form which is used to register for the event.

This funcationality is available for outbound marketing but not (yet) for real time marketing.

Please consider this custom registration field also into session level registrations!
