This is a two part idea as one is required for the other. Currently, when you enter information without posting on the Production Journal, and if you leave the page, then all data will be removed if not posted. Allow this to be saved so user can come back and post later.

This would then allow the possibility of additional functionality for setting up Approval Workflow on Production Journal. User 1 can enter the data and send for approval, User 2 can then Approve and Post.
