In the current remote environment - we find ourselves asked to support C-Suite tours of our Manufacturing environments. I push to use HL and RA for this due to the ease of integration with Teams. Ideally we would have a feature to turn off annotation at the account level so that potential mishaps and screen freezes do not occur when we provide these tours.

We have also had 2 HLs on these types of calls and this can play havoc with the pinning / spotlighting as it doesn't occur for all users.

One last request would be that we could geo-locate the HL user on a map to show them moving in real time around the manufacturing space
