Emailルータ経由で送信されるメール形式が
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
になっているため、PC用MUAでないと表示させることが出来ません。
サポートで送受信しているメールを携帯へ転送させている方は世界中
に居ると思いますが、上記形式では全く読むことが出来ません。
御社テクニカルサポートで使用されているメール形式ですら、
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-2022-JP"
なので、text/html; charset=utf-8 では受信側の状況によって、
問題が出る場合があることは認識されていると思います。
また、日本国内においては、下記形式が一般かと思いますので、
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-2022-JP"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
設定(xmlでもregでも可）によってメール形式の変更が出来るように
拡張を希望します。
