Work date should default to todays date

Work date should default to todays date instead of the oldest transaction date posted.

Ignore my last comment - that only happens on Evaluation Companies (I think)

Whilst the default to latest posting date has always been the case with NAV, the introduction of Deferral Templates means it now needs this change. If you use Deferral and post a transaction many months forward your Work Date now starts to default to that future posting date. This is very frustrating for users and will likely lead to many user error. This should be fixed as a bug, not an enhancement
