When using Order Planning, dimensions from demand types like Job/Project and Sales are added to the planning lines when the “Calculate Plan” action is used. However, this is not the case if the demand type is Service. Moreover, when orders are created, specifically Purchase Orders, dimensions are not carried through. Having this functionality would be very helpful for many reasons, not the least of which is reporting.
