Extend the mail dynamic content to all entities, at the moment the mails can be created with dynamic contents only on Contact and Account entities. Our suggestion is to open this possibility to add Lead, Users, Cases and other non standard entities.
The same idea would be to be able to insert dynamic content on entites that have more than one step of correlation.
