Description
When creating a new project in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice (https://customervoice.microsoft.com/), users cannot select Demo, Trial, or Default environments
In short, trial licenses alone do not allow project creation or environment selection, making it impossible to fully evaluate the product before purchase.
Proposal
Enable trial users to:
- Create at least one test project in a Trial/Default environment.
- Select an environment during project creation without an enterprise/base license.
- (Optional) Apply a limited response cap (e.g., 50–100/month) for trial validation.
Business Value
Better customer experience: Allows hands-on evaluation of surveys, Dataverse integration, Power Automate flows, etc.

Allowing trial users to create and test projects in a Trial or Default environment would enable meaningful evaluation of core capabilities such as survey design, Dataverse integration, and automation flows. Introducing limited access (for example, capped responses) would strike a good balance between product exposure and licensing control, while significantly improving the trial-to-purchase journey.
