The Dynamics 365 Customer Service CIF communication sidebar renders an iframe without the allow="hid" attribute, which prevents the use of WebHID APIs inside channel apps. This blocks communication with HID-based devices such as headsets and microphones. We request that the CIF iframe include the allow="hid" permission to enable proper hardware integration.
