Flow run history with "regarding" field like how we have it in process session page of dynamics 365 process which is very helpful to identify for which record the flow run got failed easily without navigating to each flow run history and understand the record for which the flow got failed.

And also if the flow is failed then we need to use different action/mechanism (use try/catch or run after configuration) to send such notification via email/sms but rather we can have easy mechanism where in if the flow fails we can receive email/sms based on status of the flow run if it is necessary otherwise users can keep that as an optional.
