In an intercompany chain a purchase order line is created with a mode of delivery which is automatically set on the intercompany sales order line.

The requested ship date on the intercompany sales order line is calculated as the requested receipt date subtracted by the transportation time.

In one scenario, the transportation time is connected to the mode of delivery where one mode of delivery is faster than the other. If the mode of delivery is changed on the intercompany purchase order line, this change will trigger an update of the mode of delivery on the intercompany sales order line. However, the update will not trigger a recalculation of the requested ship date, leaving the intercompany sales order line requested ship date unchanged to the fact that the new mode of delivery has another transportation time.

Suggested solution: Enable automatic update of the requested ship date on intercompany sales order line if the mode of delivery is changed on the intercompany purchase order line.
