LIFE SCIENCES - Production Order completion status should default to Quarantine

When completing a Production Order, the completion step may be performed by a manufacturing user, however the lot should not show up in inventory as "available" until QC has finished their product testing & QA has reviewed the batch record (paperwork). As such, the production lot should complete into a QURARNTINE status until QA & QC perform their tasks, and QA releases the lot.
